What You’ll Do
- Own the sales strategy and execute it with discipline and urgency.
- Lead, inspire, and hold the sales team accountable for performance and customer experience.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding the customer base and maximizing existing opportunities.
- Track market trends, analyze performance data, and adjust strategy as needed.
- Manage sales budgeting, forecasting, and reporting with confidence.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to improve skills, confidence, and results.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven retail sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- A natural leader who earns respect and gets results through people.
- Strong command of sales metrics, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Clear, confident communicator who can lead conversations at every level.
