You will lead user research, develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and ensure consistency across digital products. \n- Accountabilities:
- Plan and conduct user research to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
- Develop and maintain user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate user needs into actionable design solutions.
- Define and enforce UX standards, style guides, and design consistency across products.
- Facilitate cross-disciplinary meetings, design sprints, and creative brainstorming sessions.
- Manage multiple design tasks and meet project milestones independently.
- Organize and share design assets for seamless collaboration with other designers and teams.
- Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in UX or product experience design.
- Proven experience designing for B2B and/or SaaS products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful design solutions.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Zeplin.
- Experience designing complex interfaces, mobile applications, and graphic elements.
- Skilled in user-centric design processes and rapid prototyping.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, high-quality work.
- Optional: University degree in User Experience Design or related field.
