Technical Product Manager

• Accountabilities:
• Lead the AI strategy for the platform, identifying opportunities for machine learning, predictive analytics, natural language processing, and automation.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to design and deliver AI-driven features that enhance decision-making and user engagement.
• Define success metrics for AI initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Own the long-term technical roadmap, focusing on platform scalability, architecture modernization, and performance optimization.
• Prioritize technical debt, infrastructure improvements, and system reliability initiatives with engineering leadership.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable product plans and communicate effectively across technical and business stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile planning, backlog management, and cross-functional team coordination to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.

• Requirements:
• 5 years of product management experience, with 2 years in a technical or platform-focused role.
• Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, cloud scalability, and data systems.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams on AI-driven or data-intensive products.
• Ability to translate technical opportunities into actionable roadmaps and product strategy.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and backlog management.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and influence across technical and business teams.
