Accountabilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of new products and features across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering leadership to define technical requirements, architecture, and user experience strategies.
- Own projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to technical design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Set high technical standards, ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Mentor and guide engineers, providing feedback on system architecture, API design, and best practices.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, sharing knowledge and elevating team capabilities.
- 7 years of experience building rich, user-centric applications for web and/or mobile platforms.
- Strong expertise in React and/or React Native, including deep understanding of associated ecosystems and libraries.
- Excellent design sensibility and attention to detail, with a passion for creating visually compelling interfaces.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
