Sr. Program Manager - REMOTE

This role involves leading critical, enterprise-wide initiatives that affect multiple business units. As part of a centralized execution engine, you will be responsible for turning strategic goals into actionable plans. You will interface with various stakeholders, manage the full project lifecycle, and ensure successful delivery within defined timelines and budgets. • Lead programs and complex projects, demonstrating the ability to turn around challenging initiatives.
• Build and motivate project team members to achieve project goals.
• Take ownership of the entire project life cycle from initiation to deployment.
• Prepare detailed project plans and estimates for all phases of the project.
• Accountable for communication and operational reviews for all portfolio, program, and project activities.
• Collaborate with resource managers to procure adequate project resources.
• Document and gather detailed requirements and success criteria to ensure project scope accuracy.
• Monitor and track project outcomes, including risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Provide regular status reports on project milestones and critical path deliverables.

• 5 years of Program/Project Management experience.
• Proven experience in leading product/services delivery from concept to launch.
• Familiarity with various project management methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, SDLC, etc.).
• Strong leadership and motivational skills across multiple organizational levels.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in communication (written, verbal, and presentation) skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
