Accountabilities
- Champion the clinical user by understanding their needs through immersive research.
- Drive in-depth product thinking, designing holistic user journeys.
- Generate high-craft output, creating user journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Operate effectively in high-velocity environments, prioritizing design tasks.
- Influence teams across product, engineering, and clinical departments.
- Innovate with AI to streamline complex clinical workflows through intuitive interfaces.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 5 years of UX/product design experience with a strong portfolio.
- 2-3 years designing complex user interfaces for healthcare or clinical tools.
- Expertise in web/desktop information architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with AI/ML augmented design experiences.
- Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, user experience, HCI, or related field.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; Visa sponsorship is not available.
