The Sr Director Product Management will be responsible for defining product direction, improving organizational maturity, and ensuring that digital products deliver measurable value for customers and the business. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to operate across complex, regulated environments.
- Define and own long-term product strategies aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Translate executive priorities into clear product visions, roadmaps, investment plans, and execution strategies.
- Drive prioritization decisions based on customer impact, revenue opportunities, operational efficiency, and risk considerations.
- Champion customer-centric product development through analytics, research, experimentation, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead and develop senior product managers and product leaders, creating a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a seasoned product executive with extensive experience leading complex products, platforms, and high-performing teams. They should have a strong strategic mindset, excellent communication abilities, and experience operating in regulated industries.
- 15 years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or Platform Leadership roles.
- 8–10 years of experience in senior product leadership positions such as Director, Senior Director, or equivalent.
- Proven experience delivering complex products within regulated industries, preferably financial services, lending, payments, or retail finance.
- Demonstrated ability to scale, modernize, and manage large mission-critical platforms.
- Strong experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, compliance, risk, finance, and business functions.
- Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes and improving execution predictability.
- Exceptional executive communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Experience using AI-assisted prototyping tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Figma AI, or similar technologies to create interactive prototypes.
- Strong understanding of customer-centric product development, product analytics, experimentation, and user research practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field.
- MBA or Master’s degree strongly preferred.
