Sr. Client Success Manager - remote

• Build strong, consultative relationships with employer clients to become a trusted partner and advisor.
• Manage enrollment marketing and campaign planning to generate awareness among client populations.
• Prepare reporting for and lead monthly/quarterly client meetings, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Think strategically to troubleshoot client requests and drive decision-making.
• Oversee up-sell opportunities and contract renewals.
• Become a product expert and advocate for clients' needs.
• Analyze and present program engagement metrics to demonstrate value to clients.

• Minimum of 4 years of enterprise account management experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate cross-functionally.
• Proactive approach to influencing stakeholders and driving decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with senior leaders.
• Meticulous attention to detail for account ownership and success measurement.
• Proficient in building presentations and analyzing data.
