\n- Conduct advanced analysis of large and complex datasets to identify trends, drivers, and strategic opportunities across the business.
- Leverage AI tools and analytics assistants to accelerate insight generation and translate outputs into actionable business recommendations.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and contribute to a centralized semantic layer ensuring consistent metric definitions.
- Build and optimize executive-level dashboards in Tableau and other BI tools to support decision-making and performance tracking.
- Partner with stakeholders to integrate AI-enabled insights into BI workflows and define when to use dashboards versus automated analysis tools.
- Develop and maintain a centralized data dictionary to ensure governance, consistency, and alignment across reporting systems.
- Support process improvements by identifying opportunities to automate manual reporting and enhance analytics efficiency.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to business users and analysts on BI tools, data literacy, and AI-enabled analytics practices.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau.
- Experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and ELT processes.
- Familiarity with AI-powered analytics tools and interest in applying them to business intelligence workflows.
- Strong ability to translate complex datasets and analytical outputs into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of data governance, metric standardization, and semantic data structures.
