We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant to support the design, configuration, and evolution of IT operations solutions.

As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant - ITOM, you will be responsible for configuring, integrating, and optimizing solutions that improve IT operations and automation capabilities. You will work closely with technical teams and clients to understand requirements, implement best practices, and deliver reliable solutions across traditional and cloud environments.
- Configure ServiceNow ITOM solutions for discovery, inventory management, and visibility of IT assets, applications, servers, and network components.
- Automate configuration management processes and support CMDB optimization using ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM capabilities.
- Implement and configure IT monitoring solutions within the ServiceNow ITOM ecosystem.
- Integrate ServiceNow ITOM and AIOps solutions with third-party monitoring and management platforms.
- Configure integrations with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI.
- Automate infrastructure and cloud workflows using technologies such as SSH, PowerShell, JDBC, REST APIs, SOAP, and other integration protocols.
- Support the design and implementation of automation initiatives for IT infrastructure operations.
- Analyze technical challenges and contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver efficient, scalable, and secure technology solutions.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has experience working with ServiceNow ITOM, infrastructure automation, and enterprise technology environments. You should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to communicate effectively in complex customer environments.
- Experience configuring or supporting IT management solutions such as Zabbix, Nagios, SolarWinds, SCOM, SCCM, Dynatrace, Datadog, AppDynamics, Netcool, TrueSight, Nimsoft, UIM, Tivoli, TADDM, ADDM, BMC Discovery, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of traditional IT infrastructure and cloud environments.
- Experience with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
- Understanding of system integration architectures and communication protocols.
- Experience working on IT infrastructure automation or cloud automation projects.
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language such as JavaScript, Perl, Python, PowerShell, or Shell Script.
- Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
- Strong results-oriented mindset and ownership of technical deliveries.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate complex technical environments and collaborate with different teams.
Nice-to-have qualifications:
- Fluent English for international project collaboration.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Previous experience with ServiceNow ITOM implementations.
- Experience with event management platforms such as Netcool Omnibus, Splunk, BMC TrueSight, or similar solutions.
- Experience with log management and streaming technologies such as Elastic Stack, Graylog, Splunk, or Kafka.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Salt, SUSE Manager, Chef, or Puppet.
