- Ensure scalable, high-performance, and maintainable front-end solutions aligned with business and UX requirements.
- Own technical integrations between web platforms, support systems, and analytics tools, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Collaborate with support, product, marketing, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Manage and prioritize a high-volume backlog of web requests based on business impact, urgency, and ROI.
- Support A/B testing initiatives and analyze performance data to recommend UX and conversion improvements.
- Oversee release management, version control, and QA processes to ensure stable and reliable deployments.
- Monitor site performance and proactively identify and resolve technical or UX issues.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of UI layout systems, including CSS Grid, responsive design, and debugging tools.
- Experience working with Webflow and Figma for design and implementation workflows.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, with experience in performance tracking.
- Experience with integration or automation tools such as Mixpanel, Zapier, or Salesforce (highly valued).
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing competing priorities in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
