\nYou will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of a large-scale website relaunch, ensuring all technical and content-related components are delivered on time and within scope. You will act as the central point of coordination between engineering, product, design, and editorial teams, driving alignment and removing blockers. This includes defining project structure, breaking down initiatives into actionable tasks, managing Agile ceremonies, and maintaining delivery momentum throughout the lifecycle.
- Own and lead the end-to-end delivery of a high-traffic digital media website relaunch
- Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery frameworks
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, design, and editorial functions
- Oversee content migration planning, CMS implementation, and system integrations
- Maintain and prioritize Jira backlogs, ensuring clarity of user stories, tasks, and bugs
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure consistent execution of Scrum/Kanban practices
- Identify risks early, remove blockers, and ensure smooth execution of technical initiatives
- Provide regular status updates and ensure transparency across stakeholders
- Ensure proper implementation of CMS, APIs, analytics, and advertising integrations
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team efficiency
Requirements:
You bring solid experience delivering complex digital products, ideally within media, publishing, or content-driven platforms, with a strong focus on website launches or large-scale migrations. You are highly proficient in Agile methodologies and have hands-on expertise with tools like Jira and Confluence. Your technical literacy allows you to confidently engage with engineering teams, understand architecture decisions, and evaluate implementation complexity. You are organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders in fast-moving environments.
- Proven experience leading large-scale website launches or digital product delivery initiatives
- Background in digital media, publishing, or content-heavy platforms
- Strong knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Contentful, or AEM
- Advanced experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban)
- Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence for backlog and project management
- Understanding of SDLC and modern software delivery practices
