- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for strategic, senior-level, and specialized positions across global markets, including AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality and diverse talent pipelines, particularly for difficult-to-fill and passive candidate searches.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define recruitment strategies, align expectations, and guide structured hiring decisions.
- Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives, helping strengthen visibility and candidate attraction across multiple channels.
- Utilize recruiting metrics, pipeline analytics, and dashboards to monitor hiring performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

Requirements:

- Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver data-driven and strategic hiring solutions.
