\n- Design, develop, and maintain scalable features that support creator growth and monetization across web applications
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate ideas into iterative, high-impact releases
- Contribute across the full stack, from frontend interfaces to backend services and analytics systems
- Break down complex product requirements into deliverable increments, ensuring continuous value delivery
- Optimize application performance, usability, and reliability through best engineering practices
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of development processes
- Use data and analytics to inform product decisions and enhance user experiences
- Support system reliability through monitoring and participation in on-call rotations
Requirements:
- Strong experience building modern web applications using React, JavaScript, and contemporary CSS frameworks
- Proficiency in backend development, ideally with Ruby on Rails or similar technologies
- Proven ability to work across the full stack while maintaining a strong focus on frontend user experience
- Experience delivering complex projects independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
