The Senior Software Developer - PreCon will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality software solutions while contributing to technical innovation, product improvements, and engineering excellence. Key responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications, backend services, APIs, and full-stack solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver impactful customer-facing features.
- Build intelligent software capabilities by applying AI technologies to improve decision-making, forecasting, automation, and risk analysis.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.
- Ensure applications meet high standards for performance, security, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Participate in technical design discussions, architecture decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced software developer with strong technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for building modern cloud-based applications. Required qualifications and skills include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of professional software development experience building and maintaining production applications.
- Strong experience with modern web application development, backend services, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with microservice architectures.
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, scalability, and system design.
- Experience working with cloud-based environments and deploying reliable applications at scale.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to collaborate effectively in agile, cross-functional teams.
- Experience with technologies such as Node.js, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and AWS is highly valued.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to contribute to technical discussions and explain complex concepts clearly.
