Senior Operations Generalist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Operations Generalist based in Brazil.

The Senior Operations Generalist will play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient operations within a globally distributed organization working across the private markets ecosystem. In this remote position, you will oversee essential administrative, financial, and project coordination workflows while supporting leadership and enabling teams to collaborate effectively across time zones. You will manage day-to-day processes, coordinate meetings and communications, maintain accurate financial records, and contribute to recruitment and onboarding activities. You will also conduct research to support partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborative events. Beyond execution, you will help maintain high operational standards by improving handovers, ensuring consistent reporting, and mentoring junior team members. • Oversee daily operational workflows across CRM systems, finance, and internal coordination to ensure business activities run efficiently.

• Manage global calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate communications across teams operating in different time zones.

• Track and organize invoices, receipts, and expense reports across departments, maintaining accurate and reliable records.

• Support recruitment and onboarding processes, helping new team members integrate smoothly into the organization.

• Conduct research into sponsorship opportunities, potential partnerships, and event co-hosting initiatives.

• Maintain clear, timely daily reporting and high-quality handovers through Slack to support continuity and effective collaboration.

• Coordinate administrative and project-related tasks, ensuring priorities are tracked and deadlines are met.

• Mentor junior generalists, promote consistent ways of working, and contribute to continuous operational improvement.

• Support leadership directly with operational execution, organization, and coordination of key initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in remote operations, administration, project coordination, or a related field.

• Strong English proficiency, with a minimum B2 level; C1 proficiency is preferred.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive, as well as Slack.

• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.

• Ability to manage multiple workflows, prioritize competing tasks, and deliver accurate work within deadlines.

• Demonstrated independence and reliability when working remotely with colleagues across different time zones.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams and functions.

• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and willingness to take ownership of operational processes.

• Ability to provide guidance to junior colleagues and contribute to consistent team standards.

• Location requirement: Applicants must currently be based in Poland, the Philippines, or Latin America to be considered for this position.
