This role sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and operations, leading the evolution of finance systems and shared services across a multi-asset environment. You will be responsible for optimizing ERP and finance technology, implementing scalable processes, and maintaining data integrity while driving automation and continuous improvement. The position requires strategic oversight of global finance operations, including asset accounting, process standardization, and internal controls. You will collaborate across teams to balance local and global priorities, support integration for new assets, and deliver actionable insights through advanced reporting and analytics. This is a high-impact role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values innovation, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
\n- Own and optimize the ERP environment and broader finance technology stack, including tools like FloQast, Kyriba, Concur, and Board BI
- Develop and maintain a global data warehouse and reporting strategy, ensuring a single source of truth
- Lead the design and evolution of a global finance shared services model and oversee asset accounting integration
- Build and maintain standardized processes and global finance playbooks across procure-to-pay, month-end close, FP&A, treasury, and risk management
- Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives to reduce manual work and improve scalability
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls and act as finance lead for audits related to systems and shared services
- Lead strategic finance projects, including ERP implementations, and manage vendor relationships to ensure performance and alignment with business objectives
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field; CPA designation or working toward it is an asset
- 8 years of experience in finance systems, ERP, consulting, or senior accounting roles within a shared services environment
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Navision) and finance tools such as FloQast, Kyriba, Concur, Board BI
- Strong understanding of internal controls, accounting workflows, and multi-entity environments
- Experience with data structures, SQL, data warehouses, and ETL processes
- Proven ability to lead large-scale system implementations, process improvements, and change management initiatives
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, complex environment
