- Lead and manage the end-to-end corporate technology and IT support function, including device management, troubleshooting operations, service delivery, and process optimization.
- Oversee and enhance productivity platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, email systems, and core SaaS applications critical to daily business operations.
- Develop and execute a scalable IT strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational growth and operational priorities.
- Define service-level objectives (SLOs), monitor performance metrics, and implement automation initiatives to improve support efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business applications, engineering, and operational teams to streamline the SaaS environment, improve adoption, and optimize technology spend.
- Mentor and support a lean IT team while fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and a strong service-oriented culture.

Requirements:

- Proven experience building scalable IT service delivery models, establishing SLOs, and implementing automation and operational improvements.
- Strong understanding of enterprise security principles and the ability to manage secure internal systems without disrupting productivity.
