- Analyze and interpret global regulations related to digital marketing, fundraising initiatives, and product development
- Support the development of data governance frameworks that balance innovation with strong privacy protections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including public policy and legal professionals, to address emerging challenges such as generative AI
- Advise on legal risks and opportunities associated with new features, platforms, and user engagement strategies
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, policies, and guidelines to support business operations
- Contribute to building a scalable legal ecosystem that supports global digital products and services
Requirements:
- Law degree (J.D. or equivalent) with strong legal experience, preferably including exposure to U.S. legal frameworks
- 5–7 years of experience advising on product, privacy, marketing, or internet law within a technology-driven organization
- Proven experience supporting go-to-market strategies, fundraising initiatives, or digital product development
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively alongside engineering and product teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Solid understanding of data protection, privacy regulations, and digital platform governance
- Analytical mindset with the ability to navigate complex, evolving legal landscapes
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote, and multicultural environment
- Additional experience in marketing, fundraising, AI, or international legal matters is a plus
