• 12 years of experience in product development within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• 8 years of supervisory experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of drug development processes, especially in oncology.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Proven ability to inspire and drive teams towards strategic goals.
