Requirements
- 2 years of experience in management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG preferred), business operations, or a highly analytical role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and comfort working with large datasets and complex analyses to generate actionable insights.
- Solid foundation in structured problem-solving, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems using first-principles thinking.
- Experience communicating insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Strong intellectual curiosity, high attention to detail, and a consistent drive to raise performance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, analytical, or rigorous academic discipline.
