Remote Sr. UX Designer

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior UX Designer - REMOTE. In this pivotal role, you will shape customer experiences across digital health and e-commerce platforms. Your effort will be key in how users interact with our digital products, enhancing their engagement and trust. As a full-stack designer, you will be responsible for the complete design process, from UX research and user interviews to high-fidelity interfaces and design systems. Your hands-on approach will drive innovation and iterative solutions while addressing shifting priorities and challenges swiftly.

• Lead the full design process from research to high-fidelity UI.
• Design and optimize experiences for eCommerce customers and internal users.
• Plan and conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing.
• Build and extend the design system by contributing scalable components.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Communicate design decisions effectively to cross-functional teams.
• Maintain brand integrity across all digital platforms while innovating in visual identity.
• Support Agile/Scrum workflows and deliver iterative improvements.

• Minimum of 5 years in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio.
• Ecommerce experience is essential.
• Proven judgment on trade-offs between perfection and timely delivery.
• Deep understanding of UX principles and journey mapping.
• Strong command of Figma, including components and layouts.
• Experience building or contributing to a design system in production.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and MarTech systems.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools to inform design decisions.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira or Monday.

• Compensation: $90,000 - 130,000
• Discretionary Annual Bonus Eligibility: Up to 10%
