Remote Senior Web Designer

You will lead the design, implementation, and improvement of a high-quality digital experience across the company's websites. Using AI-driven workflows and performance metrics, you'll work in a build–test–learn environment to iterate and refine the design, making significant contributions to the company’s growth initiatives. • Own the design, structure, and evolution of the company's website.
• Establish and operate a continuous experimentation model for design.
