Remote Senior Director, Enterprise Transformation

• Execute and support delivery of defined enterprise priorities and transformation initiatives.
• Translate strategic direction into detailed execution plans, milestones, and success metrics.
• Coordinate dependencies between Product, Technology, Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams.
• Lead cross-functional programs such as enterprise change initiatives and product launch readiness.
• Manage timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies to keep initiatives on track.
• Run initiative-level or portfolio-level governance forums and status reviews.
• Develop execution metrics and dashboards for performance tracking.
• Partner with functional leaders for change enablement and stakeholder communication.
• Lead and develop a small team or program pod, setting clear priorities and expectations.

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in strategic operations or enterprise initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence in a matrixed environment.
• Experience in technology-driven or scaling organizations.
• Background in supporting enterprise-level transformations.
• Strong partnership experience with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Commercial teams.
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
