\n- Define and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for trading products and features, from market analysis and positioning through launch and lifecycle optimization.
- Partner with Product teams to influence roadmap priorities using customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends.
- Lead product launches by creating compelling messaging, positioning, and marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Drive lifecycle marketing initiatives to increase product awareness, user activation, engagement, retention, and trading activity.
- Collaborate with Growth and Analytics teams to identify user journey improvements and optimize conversion through data-driven initiatives.
- Establish success metrics, monitor campaign performance, and continuously refine marketing strategies based on measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Product, Brand, Communications, Customer Support, Business Development, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Strengthen brand trust by delivering consistent messaging across marketing channels while supporting educational, community, and influencer initiatives.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably within fintech, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or high-growth technology companies.
- Proven experience leading complex product launches and lifecycle marketing initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling customer messaging.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience using data and market insights to drive marketing and product decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
- Strong interest in Web3, decentralized finance (DeFi), blockchain technologies, and digital asset trading; direct industry experience is highly valued.
- Experience marketing perpetual trading, prediction markets, real-world assets, or launching products for Asian markets is considered an advantage.
