Product Manager

• Product Strategy and Leadership: Serve as the product and strategic reference for a dedicated squad, aligning product vision with client needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities.

• Roadmap and Planning: Develop and maintain integrated product plans covering architecture, costs, security, observability, and AI agent performance indicators.

• Backlog Management: Identify, define, prioritize, and continuously refine business journeys suitable for automation and AI-powered transformation.

• AI Governance and Data Privacy: Ensure compliance with Brazil's LGPD data protection requirements by embedding privacy and governance practices into the solution architecture, including data minimization, access controls, and anonymization in observability systems.

• Performance and Continuous Improvement: Lead PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycles and strategic reviews to evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, and reliability of AI agents.

• Change Management: Coordinate the organizational changes required for successful rollout and adoption of new agentic workflows among users and relevant business teams.

• Business Impact and KPIs: Define, monitor, and communicate performance indicators linked to business outcomes, operational efficiency, and customer and employee satisfaction.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executive leadership, engineering teams, and client stakeholders through Agile practices, including Scrum and Kanban, to communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and priorities.

• Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Maintain clear technical and product documentation, ensuring continuity, knowledge sharing, and sustainable solution ownership across teams.

Requirements

• Product Management Experience: Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner delivering complex, technically demanding digital products.

• Generative and Agentic AI: Previous experience with Generative AI or agent-based solutions, ideally working closely with engineering teams to translate technical capabilities into product outcomes.

• Technical Understanding: Ability to understand software and AI architecture, including large language models (LLMs), AI agents, and integrations using APIs and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

• Product Architecture and Planning: Experience developing integrated product plans that address architecture, operating costs, security, observability, and performance.

• Agile Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban, with experience facilitating discovery, planning, delivery, and continuous improvement activities.

• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Experience defining and tracking business KPIs, measuring product performance, and using data to guide prioritization and optimization.

• Change Management: Ability to lead adoption initiatives and coordinate the rollout of new products or automated workflows across business teams.

• Executive Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.

• Collaborative Working Style: Ability to work closely and consistently with a dedicated client-facing squad, taking ownership of product outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have:

• Practical knowledge of AI agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI, as well as AWS Bedrock.
