• Accountabilities
• Develop, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms with a focus on high conversion rates and profitability.
• Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, and targeting parameters to achieve optimal performance.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and proactively implement data-driven optimizations.
• Test new ideas and strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure creative assets and campaign materials align with performance goals.
• Maintain high-quality reporting and analysis to track campaign success and inform strategic decisions.

• Requirements
• 4 years of experience in digital performance marketing with a focus on media buying.
• 2 years of experience managing native advertising campaigns on Taboola and Outbrain.
• Experience with Yahoo Gemini (Verizon Media Native) is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and campaign tracking tools.
• Proven experience handling high-volume campaigns and large budgets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with basic statistics.
• Good eye for design and creative assets to support campaign objectives.
