\n- Own and manage the Live Ops calendar, coordinating end-to-end delivery of in-game events, content updates, and offers
- Ensure alignment across assets, builds, QA processes, and approvals ahead of each release
- Establish and maintain scalable workflows, checklists, and release processes to minimize risks
- Monitor live event performance and proactively identify issues or optimization opportunities
- Lead sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Translate product priorities into clear, actionable sprint goals with defined success criteria
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across engineering, design, art, and QA teams
- Identify risks early, manage blockers, and maintain consistent delivery momentum
- Oversee release readiness, including go/no-go decisions, bug triage, and post-launch reviews
- Maintain organized documentation, workflows, and project tracking tools as a single source of truth
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in production or project management within mobile or free-to-play gaming environments
- Hands-on experience managing Live Ops, including events, content releases, and in-game monetization cycles
- Strong understanding of free-to-play mechanics such as retention strategies, live events, and engagement loops
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workflows in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams in remote or asynchronous settings
- Strong written communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Linear or similar platforms
- High ownership mindset with proactive problem-solving and execution focus
