\n- Lead end-to-end integration projects, managing technical requirements, timelines, and delivery for enterprise customers
- Act as a subject matter expert for HR system integrations, particularly in aligning platform configurations with existing customer infrastructures
- Advise clients on best practices, technical architecture, and configuration strategies to ensure successful implementations
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to drive project success
- Build strong relationships with customers, serving as their primary technical advisor and advocate throughout the integration lifecycle
- Support change management efforts by guiding customers through transitions and ensuring adoption of new systems and processes
- Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows, tools, and integration processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing effectively to meet both customer and business needs
- Provide clear documentation, reporting, and communication to stakeholders on progress, risks, and outcomes
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering and managing integrations with Workday Core HCM, including end-to-end project ownership
- Strong understanding of HRIS and enterprise HCM systems such as Workday, ADP, UKG, Oracle, or SAP SuccessFactors
- Solid technical background with experience in integration design, APIs, and troubleshooting complex systems
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Strong customer-facing experience, with a consultative mindset and ability to build lasting relationships
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail, with a focus on delivering accurate and high-quality outcomes
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and innovative approach to challenges
- Experience in change management and guiding customers through system transitions
- Data-driven approach, using metrics and insights to inform decisions and measure success
- Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus
