- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, processes, and documentation to support scalable operations
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, engagement, and offboarding
- Advise on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and compliant handling of workplace issues
- Design and enhance performance management frameworks, feedback systems, and development processes
- Support compensation strategy, retention initiatives, and overall employee experience improvements

Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or HR Business Partner roles
- Proven experience supporting remote or distributed teams in a global environment
- Strong knowledge of core HR functions, including employee lifecycle management and HR compliance
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced, scaling organization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leadership
- Experience building HR processes, frameworks, and documentation from scratch
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and people operations tools
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
