Accountabilities
- Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and scenario analysis.
- Build financial models and provide actionable insights for decision-making across the business.
- Develop and deliver financial commentary, presentations, and reports to stakeholders.
- Drive improvements in day-to-day financial operations, proposing solutions to enhance processes and reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on initiatives such as commission structures, ROI analysis of products, and other ad hoc financial assessments.
- Partner with executives on long-term financial planning, Board deliverables, and strategic decision analysis.
- Mentor and develop junior finance team members to build capacity and expertise.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 6 years of finance experience in corporate finance, consulting, or high-growth technology environments.
- 1 years of people management experience.
- Strong analytical, modeling, and Excel skills; experience with SQL preferred.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Mode, Looker, or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- SaaS experience is a plus but not required.
