Requirements:
- Relevant experience: 3–5 years of experience in Localization Quality Assurance (LQA), senior language leadership, or localization quality governance.
- Client and stakeholder management: Demonstrated experience acting as the primary contact for client Language Managers, managing formal arbitrations and escalations, and facilitating constructive conflict resolution.
- Quality evaluation expertise: Strong practical knowledge of localization quality frameworks, including RQE, LQE, error categorization, severity mapping, and quality audit methodologies.
- Style guide and expectation analysis: Ability to interpret style guide and glossary changes, identify implicit client expectations, and apply appropriate quality tolerances across different content types, including marketing, legal, and UI content.
- Coaching and facilitation: Hands-on experience delivering one-to-one reviewer coaching, conducting shadowing sessions, facilitating alignment meetings, and preparing structured quality reports.
