You will set strategic direction, optimize performance metrics, and foster a culture of experimentation and measurable results. \n- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with revenue and pipeline goals
- Lead hands-on execution across key digital channels, including AI-powered search, SEO, SEM, paid social, website optimization, and content campaigns
- Manage the website roadmap, UX improvements, A/B testing, and conversion optimization to ensure the website functions as a demand-generation engine
- Provide social media strategy, content oversight, and performance management across all channels, including blog and social platforms
- Oversee a lean internal team and vendor partnerships, ensuring effective allocation of resources and continuous performance improvement
- Measure and report on digital channel performance, delivering actionable insights to executive leadership
- Drive adoption of AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance digital marketing efficiency and impact
Requirements:
- 8 years of B2B digital marketing experience, ideally in infrastructure, data center, cloud, network, or complex technology environments
- Proven success balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution across multiple digital channels
- Strong expertise in AEO, SEO, SEM, paid social, website optimization, analytics, and performance measurement
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and AI-enhanced digital marketing tools
- Knowledge of Canadian privacy laws, email compliance, and accessibility standards (WCAG, AODA)
- Data-driven, commercially focused, and technically curious, particularly regarding AI applications
- Excellent prioritization, communication, collaboration, and writing skills, with a player-coach mindset
- BA or BS degree or equivalent experience; must be authorized to work in Canada
