- Build and evolve RESTful APIs, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Design and implement solutions using serverless and event-driven architectures.
- Create and maintain responsive frontend interfaces using React and related technologies.
- Develop integrations with external systems, APIs, and communication platforms.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring proper data modeling, performance optimization, and data integrity.
- Build and maintain solutions involving real-time communication, customer interaction workflows, and digital engagement channels.
- Configure and manage communication flows, routing logic, and automation processes within customer service ecosystems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business goals.

Requirements:
- Professional experience developing applications with Python and the Django framework.
- Strong experience with Node.js for backend development and API creation.
- Knowledge of low-code/no-code backend platforms, particularly Xano.
- Experience working with cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with AWS DynamoDB and NoSQL database design principles.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating distributed systems.
- Knowledge of Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
- Experience with Docker containers and Linux-based environments.
- Understanding of software testing practices and quality assurance methodologies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
- Higher education degree or technology-related diploma is required.
