Accountabilities

  • Orchestrate overall relationship with assigned clients and drive adoption of services.
  • Define key success criteria for deployment and customer satisfaction.
  • Craft training plans for end-user teams related to clinical workflows.
  • Measure and communicate customer achievements and performance indicators.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and promote the value of our products and services.
  • Identify and develop upsell opportunities during customer engagement.
  • Advocate for customer needs with internal teams for issue resolution.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in customer advocacy within healthcare.
  • Prior experience in growing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Ability to drive continuous product value.
  • Willingness to travel 60% - 70%.
  • Experience developing product use-cases and customer workflows.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and technical skills.
  • Experience conducting training or workshops.
