In this role, you will drive programs that maximize customer success after the initial sale, ensuring consistent value delivery across the customer lifecycle. You will design scalable onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion frameworks while equipping internal teams with the tools, playbooks, and content they need to support customers effectively. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will help define handoffs, create storytelling and advocacy programs, and maintain centralized enablement resources. This role combines strategic thinking with operational execution, allowing you to influence retention, engagement, and long-term growth while shaping how customer-facing teams operate. You will work in a dynamic, hybrid environment, contributing to a fast-growing, innovative tech organization.

Accountabilities

  • Developing scalable onboarding frameworks and defining customer success milestones to accelerate time-to-value.
  • Creating and maintaining playbooks, QBR templates, success planning frameworks, and enablement content for post-sale teams.
  • Ensuring seamless Sales-to-Customer handoffs across GTM functions and consistent engagement throughout the customer journey.
  • Partnering with Product, Technical Solutions, and CS Ops teams to align enablement programs with new product releases and communications.
  • Managing centralized enablement resources in platforms such as Highspot and Notion, ensuring content is accurate, discoverable, and up-to-date.
  • Building customer advocacy, storytelling, and reference programs to support retention and expansion initiatives.

Requirements

Candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • 5 years of experience in Enablement, Customer Success, or Account Management in SaaS, cloud, or infrastructure environments.
  • Proven ability to design programs that drive adoption, retention, and lifecycle performance.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Success, Solutions, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to translate complex information into clear, actionable guidance.
  • Familiarity with enablement and customer success tools such as Highspot, Notion, Gong, and Vitally.
  • Experience building post-sale enablement content, customer storytelling frameworks, or lifecycle programs is a plus.
  • Understanding of AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, GPU-based compute, networking, storage, orchestration, and observability concepts is desirable.
