\n- Participate in SAP TM implementation and AMS/support projects, ensuring stable and efficient system operations
- Interact with business users and functional analysts to understand requirements, incidents, and service requests
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of service requests with technical and development teams, acting as process owner
- Monitor incidents and tickets, ensuring timely resolution and continuous communication with end users
- Perform functional analysis, diagnostics, and testing (unit and integration) to validate system behavior and deliverables
- Ensure adherence to SLAs while supporting incident resolution and system stability
- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to mitigate risks and optimize workflows
- Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between business needs and SAP TM solutions
Requirements:
- Solid experience with SAP TM (Transportation Management) in implementation and/or AMS/support environments
- Proven experience in SAP project delivery, including incident management and service coordination
- Ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve system issues through structured testing and investigation
- Strong communication skills to interact with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders
- Experience working in SLA-driven environments with multiple concurrent requests
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
