This role is centered on building and optimizing advanced AI-driven video analytics solutions that support real-time detection, safety monitoring, and operational efficiency in high-impact environments. You will work on the full lifecycle of computer vision models, from data preparation and training to deployment and performance optimization. The position requires strong expertise in object detection and machine learning frameworks, along with the ability to rapidly prototype and deliver production-ready solutions. You will contribute to initiatives involving large-scale video data and real-time alerting systems powered by camera-based technologies. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative setting, you will partner with cross-functional teams to translate operational needs into scalable AI solutions. \n- Develop, train, fine-tune, and optimize computer vision and object detection models using image and video datasets
- Support deployment and monitoring of machine learning models in production or near-production environments
- Process and prepare large-scale visual datasets, including annotation workflows and video data curation
- Adapt and enhance pre-trained models to address operational, safety, and monitoring use cases
- Build and contribute to real-time detection, tracking, and alerting systems using camera-based data
- Evaluate AI/ML use cases for technical feasibility and prioritize based on delivery timelines and business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, operations, and engineering stakeholders
- Support rapid prototyping, MVP development, and iterative experimentation in fast-moving environments
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in Computer Vision and Object Detection using frameworks such as YOLO, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
- Proven experience training, fine-tuning, validating, and deploying machine learning models
- Solid background working with image and video data pipelines and large-scale visual datasets
- Experience with annotation tools and dataset labeling workflows
- Familiarity with cloud-based ML infrastructure, preferably Azure
- Strong understanding of ML engineering best practices and scalable deployment strategies
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams
- Advanced English communication skills for technical and stakeholder discussions
- Nice to have: experience with real-time video analytics, retail monitoring, safety, or loss prevention use cases
- Nice to have: experience contributing to MVPs, pilots, or fast-turnaround AI demonstrations
