As an Analista em Recuperação de Crédito, you will provide operational and administrative support to legal professionals throughout the credit recovery process. You will help ensure that legal documentation, internal controls, and communications are accurate, organized, and delivered efficiently while contributing to continuous process improvements.
- Support lawyers in activities related to credit recovery cases and legal proceedings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and professional email communications.
- Update spreadsheets, legal systems, databases, and internal tracking tools.
- Organize legal documents, case information, and supporting materials.
- Assist with negotiations related to credit recovery initiatives.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders whenever required.
- Monitor and organize information to support case management and follow-up.
- Utilize Generative AI tools to improve productivity and support daily activities.
- Perform additional administrative and operational tasks related to the credit recovery area.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate combines legal knowledge with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while supporting legal operations.
- Currently enrolled in the 4th or 5th year of a Law degree, or Bachelor's degree in Law without an active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration (mandatory).
- Previous experience in credit recovery or related legal areas.
- Experience preparing reports and maintaining management controls.
- Familiarity with updating spreadsheets, legal systems, and operational records.
- Experience supporting legal teams is considered a plus.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools and their practical application.
- Knowledge of Python is considered an advantage.
- Experience with cloud-based technologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of Canva is desirable.
- Experience using legal management systems or case management platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proactive mindset with strong prioritization and time management skills.
- Ability to manage large volumes of information with accuracy and attention to detail.
