The CRM Automation Analyst will be responsible for developing and optimizing automated communication strategies focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and business growth.
- Map and analyze customer journeys with a focus on acquisition opportunities and conversion improvements.
- Create, execute, and automate CRM strategies across multiple channels, including email, WhatsApp, push notifications, and web push.
- Manage and optimize CRM communication flows, ensuring efficiency, personalization, and alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators and CRM metrics, using data insights to identify opportunities and improve results.
- Develop multichannel campaigns while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and collaborating with marketing stakeholders.
- Plan and execute A/B tests to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.
- Build reports and analyses to support decision-making, optimize processes, and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Organize and interpret campaign and journey data to generate actionable insights for the business.
Requirements:

- Practical experience developing email and WhatsApp marketing strategies.

- Experience creating and managing communication journeys, automated flows, and multichannel CRM campaigns.

- Understanding of email deliverability, domains, and IP management practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams.

- Degree or specialization in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related areas.
