You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and solution positioning to negotiation, closing, and onboarding of clients across government entities, universities, and educational institutions. The position combines new business development with the management of high-value existing accounts, requiring a strong consultative approach and deep understanding of public sector dynamics. You will play a critical role in expanding digital learning initiatives, helping institutions improve access, inclusion, and educational outcomes through innovative EdTech solutions. Working in a highly collaborative international environment, you will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery and long-term client satisfaction. \n- Lead and develop key public sector and education accounts in Brazil, including ministries, universities, and regional education departments.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, proposal development, negotiations, closing, and onboarding.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing strategic accounts.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, proposals, and responses to public tenders and RFPs.
- Maintain strong CRM discipline, ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, including government leaders and education decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as presales, marketing, legal, operations, and customer success.
- Coordinate with local partners and distributors to align go-to-market strategies and maximize commercial impact.
- Monitor education sector trends, procurement cycles, and policy developments to identify opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor, positioning digital learning solutions as strategic tools for educational transformation.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in SaaS or EdTech sales, preferably within public sector or education environments.
- Strong knowledge of the Brazilian public education system, procurement processes, and government funding mechanisms.
- Proven experience managing long and complex sales cycles in institutional or government contexts.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory).
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including C-level engagement.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in executive-level interactions.
- Strong CRM discipline and ability to manage pipelines with accuracy and consistency.
- Autonomous, results-oriented mindset with a strong hunter approach to business development.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in international and multicultural environments.
- Nice to have: experience with public tenders, EdTech transformation projects, and local partner ecosystems in Brazil.
