They are at the forefront of the industry, having accumulated over 9GW of projects in a relatively short period of time, and are currently in an accelerated expansion phase which includes adding a Commercial Attorney to the Legal Team.The incumbent needs to have strong commercial acumen, a solid understanding of the legal nuances involved in utility-scale renewable energy projects, and be comfortable developing / assessing complex contract agreements for the Corporate, Project Development, EPC, Transmission & Interconnection Teams on all legal matters.
