We are seeking qualified contractors to serve as Virtual Telephone Automotive Technical Assistants who will leverage their Automotive call center experience, customer service skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail to deliver a positive customer experience. Additionally, the role requires access to reliable internet and the ability to manage all responsibilities from a home office.
The project hours of operation will be Monday – Friday, during which the candidate must be available to work an 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM Eastern Time, and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (shifts may vary).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of automotive repair experience OR Bachelor's Degree OR Technical Trade School Certificate in Automotive internship or similar experience
- Demonstrates bilingual proficiency in French/English, with strong verbal, reading, and writing skills. Not mandatory.
