Operations Manager

We are seeking a reliable, hands‐on Operations Manager to oversee daily workflow, support field teams, and ensure smooth operational execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being actively involved — from scheduling and dispatching to assisting teams with loading, unloading, and occasionally driving when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily scheduling — Create and manage schedules for field teams
• Dispatch coordination — Assign teams, routes, and resources for daily operations
• Hands‐on support — Assist with loading, unloading, and operational tasks as needed
• Team leadership — Provide guidance, oversight, and support to team members
• Operational problem‐solving — Address day‐to‐day challenges to keep workflow efficient
• Driving support — Step in to drive when necessary to maintain service levels
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in operations management or a similar leadership role
• Ability to work in a hands‐on environment and support teams physically when needed
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
