We are seeking a full‐time Customer Service Representative to join our small but fast‐paced office team. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail‐oriented individual who can support production, shipping, and daily office operations. This role works closely with managers across departments to keep workflows running smoothly.
Must be dog‐friendly — our office pups are part of the team.
General Duties
- Enter customer orders, schedule incoming/outgoing shipments, and prepare quotes
- Support production and inventory control processes
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Maintain filing systems and general office organization
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication, organizational, data entry, and time‐management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Adaptability in a fast‐changing environment without compromising quality
- Self‐motivated and dependable
Schedule
Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM
