The Role (Founding AE / Senior AE)


Be our second Account Executive and own the full sales cycle for a SaaS/services solution selling into founders, C-suite, and Heads of Marketing at VC-backed startups (B2B SaaS, AI, fintech, martech). Short cycles, high velocity, big impact.



What You’ll Do


  • Full-cycle sales: qualify → discovery → demo/pitch → negotiation → close → handoff
  • Prospecting & pipeline: self-source via outbound, events, referrals, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Deal execution: multi-threading, stakeholder alignment, business case, security/procurement basics
  • Process & tooling: manage pipeline and forecast in HubSpot; clean CRM hygiene; crisp weekly reporting
  • GTM feedback loop: partner with CEO/marketing on messaging, collateral, and pricing/packaging tests



You’ll Thrive Here If You Have


  • 5 years in closing AE roles with consistent quota attainment
  • Experience selling SaaS or services at $15k–$100k ACV to exec buyers (founders/C-suite/VCs)
  • Strong discovery, objection handling, and closing discipline (MEDDICC/BANT familiarity a plus)
  • Builder mindset—you create repeatable process from zero and iterate fast



Must-Haves


  • Onsite in Palo Alto 5×/week≤ 40-minute commute
  • HubSpot proficiency (Salesforce familiarity a plus)
  • Clear written and verbal communication



Compensation & Upside


  • $120k base / $240k OTE with uncapped commission  kickers
  • $2.5k monthly ramp support through the rest of 2025
  • $1M annual quota to achieve $240k OTE
  • Stock options / equity
