Responsibilities :
Genuine interest in helping people and patience to support non-tech savvy end users.
Able to speak to and support a multitude of customers, from operations to leadership
1st line of support for all end-user incidents / service requests
1st level of escalation, more in-depth troubleshooting knowledge required.
Basic knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and troubleshooting; win7 / win10
Basic understanding of Enterprise / ITIL-compliant ticketing systems; Primarily ServiceDesk Plus or ServiceNow
Basic understanding of networking; TCP / IP, DHCP, DNS
Basic understanding of security permissions and how they are applied
Basic understanding of mobile devices, primarily iOS
Requirements :
Bachelor of Science degree from a 4-year accredited university, or 5 years of related industry experience or equivalent technical experience.
Computer Science, Computer Information Systems (CIS), or Management Information Systems (MIS) degree is preferred.
