What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Supervisor position at Jobalign System Brand (Do Not Edit)?
The shift supervisor role is a critical position in our restaurant. On some days, you will work with the General Manager to manage a busy lunch shift. You will lead, direct and “walk on water” whenever possible. On other days, you will manage a closing shift independently while supervising a small staff. General activities you will be trained to perform include: baking bread, food preparation, sandwich making, and providing “lights out” quality guest services to both our in-store and delivery customers in a PROFESSIONAL manner.
You must have a solid work ethic! This role contributes greatly to our restaurant which means we are looking for a quality individual who wants to work hard and make a difference.
Requirements
· Must be personable, reliable, trustworthy, & responsible.
· Must be outgoing and possess good communication skills.
· Must be 18 years old to use meat slicer.
· Contribute to a positive and enthusiastic environment for both our guests and other staff members.
· Experience in the food service industry or retail is a plus.
· Ability to drive and have a vehicle is a plus.
