Pay Rate $13.50

• We are looking for a Cleaner to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition. *

Temp to Hire-Union Benefits after 90 Days

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

• Complete task in accordance with standardized quality checklists
• Continually seek out opportunities to improve onsite activities
• Review current best practices resulting inn efficiencies relating to time, material usage, and safety
• All other duties as assigned by site Management
• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations

_ Qualifications Required_

• Production experience, janitorial experience
• Great Customer service skill satisfying customers needs and readily initiate actions to meet or exceed the needs of the customer
• Ability to adapt- Willingness to deal with unexpected challenges or circumstances
• Problem Solving

• Strong work ethic
• Steel toes or composite toes required
• Able to pass 7year Background check and Drug screen

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities

• Communication Skills- able to communicate effectively with team members and management
• - Able to understand written job instructions
• Proven working experience as a cleaner
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Integrity

• ****Physical Requirement****
• This position requires you to be able to walk, stand on concrete or steel surfaces for up to 10-12 hours
• Occasionally reach with hands, arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel
• Occasionally lift up to 30lbs
