Role Description
The Senior AI Program Manager will oversee and manage the development and execution of AI-driven projects and programs. Responsibilities include defining project goals, coordinating with internal teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with strategic objectives. This is a contract position based on-site in Houston, TX, requiring frequent collaboration with internal stakeholders, clients, and technical teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of AI technologies and program management principles.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Program Management with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, GenAI, Machine Learning, and related technologies.
- Advanced communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation
- Prior experience in the technology sector or AI-driven initiatives is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
